- Bookings are time specific. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time on the correct date.
- Please be punctual at the requested time, to avoid delays in the start of the treatment, if you ‘re late to it ( over 10 minutes), I will need to take time on the duration and the selected Treatment will be charged completely.
- It will be necessary to specify the treatment or treatments selected in advance.

- Clients’ information required to book a treatment with Nails & More (name, email address, contact telephone number, etc.) is protected and strictly private, to be used only as necessary information in order to provide the correct service. It will not be shared with outside parties, made public by any means, or used in any way not originally intended.
- Entering preferred times does not guarantee being able to book at that time, I will contact you to arrange the exact time and place of your appointment.
